This luxurious and recently renovated Lake Summit home has amenities such as two bars, a pool table, two big screen televisions, and rooms that overlook a quiet cove with the convenience of being right on the water. There is one closed in boat slip with an extra  uncovered boat slip if you would like to bring your own boat or you can arrange to rent a boat.

The house can be separated into the privacy of two houses if you choose. The lower level has a Master Bedroom (king bed) and bath which are on the left looking at the picture and a private den (with a small sofa bed and large TV) between the Master Bedroom and the kitchen.  The main part of the house (with deck in front) has a large room with a dining table for 8 and a living area which faces another room with a large TV,  pool table and a bar with an ice maker. This portion of the house also has a bathroom with a shower and a full size washer dryer. 

The "second" house is on the lower right hand of the house.  It has a large great room with a seating area, two dining tables that seat 6 each and a bar. There is also a kitchen and a  full bathroom that serves as a powder room for the floor and the bath for the two twin bed guestroom.  The other three bedrooms are on the upper level which has a full sized washer dryer and two full bathrooms. There are two sofa beds plus a blow up twin mattress so the house can comfortably sleep 15.

There are plenty of board games, Wi-Fi/Direct TV, a kayak, a canoe and floats to keep you entertained. The road is also very safe to run, walk or ride your bike along the gravel lake road. The cove is great for swimming as it has very little boat traffic and requires boats that do not belong in the cove to go slow . It is very easy to enjoy a quiet getaway here.
